Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty has filed a complaint against a film production company named Balaji Media Films Private Limited. The actor alleges that the company used his photos on his film poster without permission. The actor said that the production company is depositing money for the film by making fake posters viral with his pictures. On this matter, he has filed a case of fraud (Fraud) at the Versova police station in Mumbai.
Sunil Shetty thanked a journalist for exposing this news and tweeted, “Thank you Sami for exposing this news… These new and young talents are more than financially bullied by taking my photo.” It is a matter of teasing !! “
Thank you for putting it out there Sami 🙏… more than using my picture and financial exploitation it is about exploiting young vulnerable talent !! https://t.co/kc168FDjKE

In his statement to Mid-Day, Sunil said, “I do not know whose film it is and who these people are because I have not signed their film. These people are openly taking advantage of artists. These people are depositing money from investors for the film in my name. It also tarnishes my image and that’s why I have complied police. “
Let me tell you that this production company has used not only Sunil Shetty but also the photo of Bobby Deol. The production company, in its explanation, termed it a mistake and said that they have not taken money from anyone. The production company said, “We have made a mistake. We are planning to work on two films for which we were thinking of casting Sunil Shetty and Bobby Deol. We made their posters just for the purpose of watching and someone made it viral on social media. “
